The strategic shift

A single educational campaign

Evidence-informed acquisition, authority & nurturing plan
The business challenge
An advisory firm wanted stronger visibility, qualified prospects, and a path from expertise to consultation opportunities. The client requested a series of connected-but-standalone webinars, supplied the educational material, and decided how to divide it into topics.
The campaign needed to create learning, as well as engagement.
The pivotal learning
I owned the marketing strategy around the webinars, collaborating with specialists on promotion and follow-through. Across sessions, I tracked messaging and creative performance to identify which observations should shape the next plan.
In a same-session test with similar audiences, customer-testimonial creative earned a 3.78% click-through rate versus 0.98% for founder-quote creative—3.86× the click engagement. The founder’s own social profile reached more people organically than the company page. The lesson was not to choose one voice everywhere: use client proof in paid acquisition and founder-led expertise to build organic authority.

Clear ownership
My role — Senior Marketing Strategist, within an agency engagement. This was a collaborative delivery model, not an independently acquired consulting client.
The distilled lesson
For an expertise-led B2B firm, a campaign can reveal where trust is built and attention is earned. The value is in interpreting those signals—and making the next strategic choice more deliberate.
